Jonathan is an Operating Partner of Genesis Park and served as President and Chief Financial Officer as well as Board Director of Genesis Park Acquisition Corp. (NYSE:GNPK), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) operated through Genesis Park. After almost a decade serving on active duty in the US Air Force, Jonathan has been a leader in the aviation, energy and infrastructure sectors for over 25 years as both a public company senior executive and investment and commercial banker.
Prior to joining Genesis Park, Jonathan was the CFO and later President and CEO at Bristow Group (NYSE:VTOL). Before joining Bristow Group, Jonathan was the Executive Vice President for Strategy and Business Development at NRG Energy (NYSE:NRG). Prior to joining NRG in 2008, Jonathan was a Managing Director with Credit Suisse (SIX:CSGN) in the Global Energy and Infrastructure Group. While on active duty in the US Air Force, Jonathan served in numerous assignments flying F-4 Phantom fighter aircraft until 1993, including the first combat missions during the first Gulf War.
Jonathan currently sits on the Board of Directors at Texas Capital Bank (NASDAQ:TCBI) and Redwire Space (NYSE:RDW), where he also serves as Audit Committee Chair. Jonathan is on the Board of the Alley Theater and the Board of Advisors at the Georgetown Graduate Schools of Foreign Service Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
