Genesis Park provided an investment alongside Sherburne Partners to support the transaction.
Founded in 1987 and based in New Jersey and New York, DCC is a full-service packaging and printing provider, specializing in custom folding cartons and high-quality graphic solutions for a diverse cohort of clients across the United States. DCC will continue to be led by the existing management team, including industry veterans Don Terwilliger (President) and Stephen Pandolfi (CEO), who will remain significant equity holders in the business.
