Andrew is a Senior Associate of Genesis Park focusing on evaluating and executing new investment opportunities in addition to monitoring and developing active portfolio companies. Prior to joining Genesis Park, Andrew worked as a Vice President at GulfStar Group, a Houston-based middle market investment bank, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising activities for privately-held middle market companies. His transaction experience spans across a variety of sectors including consumer products, manufacturing, infrastructure services, and industrial services.
Prior to GulfStar, Andrew worked at Wells Fargo as an Analyst in the Industrials Group of the Corporate and Investment Bank. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University, where he was also a member of the Men’s Golf Team.
